To all you new mammas who want to start back doing some exercise but, slight inconvenience, you have a mini you with you… this is a class for you.
WHEN IS IT?
Fridays (starting 15th March 2019) 1-2pm term time only.

WHAT IS THE CLASS?
The class is an hour and will have a couple of five min breaks and will consist of a little gentle dance (holding babies), some gentle Barre-based body conditioning (particularly focusing on regaining some core strength and posture ) and some stretches (because oh my, where did that elastin go?). Part of the class is moving/dancing holding babies. You are welcome to use a sling if you prefer.
The class will be taught by myself, Lisa Stephens and 6 month old Pearl (well… we are going to try). I want it to be fun and informal and of course you can stop to feed/change baby as and when you need to.
WHO IS THE CLASS SUITABLE FOR?
Mums with babies over 12 weeks (if you physically feel ready to start exercising) and babies are not yet walking/running around) If you have crawlers you are welcome to have a go providing you can keep them still/occupied when we do matt work.
WHAT TO BRING:
A yoga or exercise matt.
Blanket for baby to lie on plus favourite toy maybe.
Wear comfy clothes you can move in and trainers or bare feet.
Water to drink.
