There are plans in place for professional home-workout videos next month but as I am off for 3 weeks many of you asked for a ‘make do’ video to use. So, apologies for the quality it isn’t all that and sound is a bit dodgy but hopefully you can follow and get a good workout from it. Think of it as a ‘rough draft’.
