A game of two halves – my favourite kind of yoga practice.
We start with ignition. Warming the body and firing up our cores with breath and movement. We will flow, breathe, sweat, build strength and stamina and ignite our creativity and motivation.
Restoration will follow. Slow, soothing asanas and pranayama to allow our mind and body to rest. Relax. Restore.
