Loosen up yoga workshop for hips and hamstrings

Tight or tired hips and legs?

Want increased flexibility?

This is a lovely yoga workshop to increase stability and flexibility throughout the body but focusing on opening the hips and hamstrings.

We will cover a mix of stamina and strength-building flow followed by some slow yin postures to breathe and release.
