Who doesn’t need this? This is a lovely yoga workshop for anyone who wants to give their back a bit of TLC. Great for anyone who works at a computer or regularly lifts heavy things (including offspring!) or who holds emotional and stress tension in their back. We will be focusing on opening the hips, chest and shoulders, strengthening the ‘often forgotten about’ back and core muscles, analysing and correcting our posture for future back care and stretching and releasing those tight bits in our backs as well as giving our spines a little love and energy.
