M.O.T Yoga Workshop for Mind and Body

Ever feel so busy that you don’t actually know how you’re doing?

I think it’s common. This workshop is about hitting the pause button and checking in with yourself.

Where is there tension?

Does your mind need a rest?

What do you need?

Two hours of flow, breathe work, stillness and you-time.

If you’d like one of the limited places, then do book in and then come as you are, bring a matt and feel the benefits 🙂
