Having spent years having to keep my body in ultimate shape, I have tried and tested many fitness regimes and now have one that works! I have also taught people of all ages and from all walks of life for many years and understand that everyone has a different body and goal to reach. I can help! This bespoke body conditioning is a mix of techniques used in classical ballet, yoga, pilates and fitness to bring you a programme that strengthens, tones, increases stamina, flexibility and calms your mind. It will also help with anti-aging for your body and injury prevention.
This package is designed to work around busy lives, can be done from your own home and is specifically for woman.
It includes the following:
A 20 minute initial consultation (by phone or meeting) to discuss your current fitness, condition and goals.
A bespoke conditioning programme will then be devised for your requirements. This will be a descriptive programme, with images of the exercises/stretches, that is easy to follow.
A one-hour visit at your home to work through the programme and ensure all exercises are being performed correctly to optimise effects.
You will then have your programme to work through at home to fit in with your life. These usually take 30minutes to work through but can be as long or as short as you like.
