This workshop is an all inclusive. We will be working through a strengthening and opening flow to build heat and release any physical and emotional blockages in the body. We will be using our breathe to find ‘calm’ in challenging postures. We will then work through some lovely deep stretches to ease out fatigue and re-energise.
