Anyone who practices ‘gratitude’ each day (through yoga, prayer, writing or another form) will tell you that it adds huge value to their life. Saying ‘thank you’ for something is lovely but learning to FEEL thankful for all that you have and all that is… well that’s a whole different level. In yoga and meditation we learn to accept all that is and as it is right now. There is always something to feel grateful for, even in difficult times. Stimulating certain organs and chakras can help bring us to a place of gratitude.
This is a two-hour moving meditation to cultivate a feeling of gratitude through balancing the root chackra and moving through a warming, loving and conscious flow.
