De-stress and re-connect.
We will be practicing how to turn our attention inward to listen to our needs and wants. Through flow and stillness in asanas we will nurture our minds and bodies and intend to move in a way that is guided by our breath and our bodies. We will build heat to uplift and energise and use our breath to release tension. We will have a 90 minute practice lead by Lisa Stephens followed by a 30 minute guided mindfulness session with a special guest Lisa Roe.
Bring a matt, warm layers, a blanket and/or cushion and water.
Suitable for all abilities.
