A yoga workshop for Mind and Body LOVE!
YOU time! We will be working through a mix of challenging and flowing postures that make our bodies feel wonderful while reminding ourselves that our state of mind and use of Pranayama can eliminate our fears, stresses and anxieties and allow us to achieve what we thought we couldn’t achieve (including challenging postures!) There will be lots of emotion-releasing hip and heart openers and we will conclude the class with some self-loving stretches.
