Every now and then we ALL need this, myself included! As humans we have to deal with (now more then ever) daily stresses, changes and responsibilities which can cause fear, anxiety, frustration and even grief. We can also start to feel trapped and lethargic because there are blockages in the body preventing a free run of energy. Both our mental and physical beings have to process tension and trauma in order to release it. So that is what this workshop is about. Finding a rhythmic flow using our breath to build heat in the body and start the process of releasing what no longer serves us. There will be a mix of steady and more challenging postures with modifications available. Suitable for all abilities.
