This will be a slow and reflective practice to really take note of how we transition from one asana to another with the focus on honouring our bodies and our needs at this time of seasonal change so that we can slowly transition too.
The Autumn Equinox is a beautiful opportunity to bring balance to our lives. We will combine a warming slow flow, to shift blocked energy and tension whilst maintaining our physical strength and mental resilience, with pranayama practices to help draw our attention inwards. We will end with a reflective meditation.
