After the huge success of mindbodyretreat in October 2017, we are delighted to have the next two booked for March and May 2018.

Set in the most stunning of locations on the North Cornwall coastline, the mindbodyretreat will be nothing short of a beautiful and inspiring experience for ten very lucky ladies. Hosted by MBD, this retreat will be a blissful mix of bespoke dance classes, yoga classes and meditation, delicious and wholesome meals using Organic local cornish produce, holistic treatments, coastal walks and secluded beach  access as well as time for relaxation on your own or with like-minded people. This retreat has been designed for people to turn up, switch off, and leave feeling inspired and rejuvenated both physically and mentally. It will be informal, relaxed and fun and while our focus is very much on your physical and mental wellbeing, you may still enjoy a glass of wine with your delicious dinner!

Dance & yoga?
Dance and yoga compliment each other so wonderfully. You don’t have to be a dancer to reap the benefits of an uplifted soul from moving around to music, not to mention the positive impact it will have on your physique. Mix that with the grounding and restorative effect of yoga and you’ll feel truly remarkable.
This retreat is suitable for all women in need of some ‘me time’ or who are wanting a bit of help or motivation for a healthier mind and body. No previous dance or yoga experience is necessary at all. Just a desire to have fun!

MARCH 2018 RETREAT:
Friday 9th March (evening arrival) – Monday 12th March (mid-morning departure).

MAY 2018 RETREAT:
Friday 11th May (evening arrival) – Monday 14th May (mid-morning departure).

Caradoc of Tregardock, Treligga, nr Delabole, North Cornwall, PL33 9ED


 

Accommodation:
All guests will be staying in a wonderful large farmhouse set in secluded countryside overlooking the stunning Cornish coastline. Rooms are all twin rooms – with two guests sharing the room and a bathroom. There is one double room available for single occupancy with a separate bathroom – shared with a neighbouring twin room. There is also large living and dining spaces, an on-site studio equipped with a log burner, large patio area with epic sea views and many green fields with a path down to the beach. There are plenty of comfy spaces to sit back and enjoy down time, read a good book or head out the door and explore the stunning surroundings and beach.

What’s Included:
Three course dinner on Friday evening, Breakfast, Lunch and a three course dinner on Saturday and Sunday, Breakfast on Monday plus unlimited access to fruits, healthy homemade snacks and a range of herbal teas and coffee and mocktails throughout the stay.
5 x Various Yoga classes (including Hatha, Somatic and Yin Yoga)
4 x Dance-inspired fitness classes (Bodyballet and various dance styles)
1 x Sound Healing – Gong Meditation Session
Guided Coastal Walk
Accommodation & all linen and towels
Friendly and professional hosts who will be able to give advice on local area and activities and see to all your needs and requirements.
Free time to relax and/or explore
Use of the on-site yoga/fitness studio and house lounges
Time to chat with the yoga, dance and fitness instructors for advice on personal training regimes.

Food and Drink: 
All meals have been lovingly thought out to provide your mind and bodies with all the good things they need as well as delight your senses. You certainly wont go hungry! Start the day with smoothies – bursting with vitamins and goodness to leave you feeling radiant from within. Breakfast will energise and warm you up. Lunch will be a bowl of superfood goodness and dinner will be based around Cornwall’s best and nutrient-rich fish or hearty vegetarian delights followed by a healthy dessert. A glass of your favourite coloured wine will come with your meal as well as pre-dinner mocktails and post-dinner hot beverages. Homemade nutritious treats will also be making an appearance throughout the days too…
All dietary requirements can be catered for.

£460/per person for shared twin room with bathroom
£550 for single occupancy in double room

MAY RETREAT:
£480/per person for shared twin room with bathroom
£570 for single occupancy in double room

Optional Extras:
Bespoke massage and/or Reiki therapy with on-site holistic therapist. £35/hour
Surf Lesson
Kayake or Stand Up Paddleboarding
