All classes take place at the MBD Dance & Yoga Studio:

MONDAYS

19.15 – 20.15 Yoga Nidra with Charlotte
A guided relaxation class designed to reduce stress, pain & fatigue as well as improve sleep and much more… Suitable for everyone

18.30 -19.30 Happy Soul Yoga
A restorative class suitable for beginners and those wanting a mindful practice to connect, gently strengthen and release tension – with Nina*

WEDNESDAYS

9.30 – 10.30 – Yoga with Lisa
A dynamic movement practice utilising various yoga disciplines – Classes are a mix of flow and stillness with release and relaxation included. We work the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual body. Classes vary weekly depending on seasons, planetary movement, the moon cycles and the energy in the room! Suitable for all abilities (mat-based class) as modifications can be given to aid injuries.

THURSDAYS

9.30- 10.30 Happy Soul Yoga

Warm up & wind down yoga – a beautifully balanced session of flow and restorative asanas. Great for building strength, increasing range of movement and relaxation
