CLASS PRICES
Please note you are paying for a place not attendance therefore no refunds are available if you/your child misses a class. If there is availability however, adults and children can attend any other weekly class to make up for the missed one within the same month.
Payment is via Direct Debit.

Class investment is via a monthly Direct Debit using GoCardless – all details will be emailed across should you decide to sign up for classes.
There are 36 weeks of classes throughout the year. These run alongside (most) school term time calendars. This works out roughly as 6 x 6 week half term blocks. Dates can be found on the MBD website.
The payments are the same each month throughout the year regardless of how many classes there are that month.
A 45 minute class works out at £7/class (Or less if you are attending more than 1 class/week)
A 60 minute class works out at £9/class (Or less if you are attending more than 1 class/week)
The below payments are the monthly fees for the weekly classes:
1 weekly x 60 minute class = £27/month
2 weekly 60 minute class = £45/month
3 weekly 60 minute class = £63/month
1 weekly 45 minute class = £21/month
2 weekly 45 minute class= £39/month
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you no longer require a place in class – a FULL MONTH/4 weeks notice is required to be given in writing via email.
No refunds can be made for missed classes.

EVENTS & WORKSHOPS: priced individually depending on the theme/expertise and time required for prep.
All classes and workshops must be paid for upon booking. I will invoice for classes and events via email.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel, a full refund can be made up to 2 weeks before the event.
A cancellation fee of 25% will be kept if the place is cancelled within 72hours of the holiday club starting (not the day booked)
No refunds will be made for cancellations within 72 hours from the start of the event
Late payments: A late payment fee will be added for continuous late payments
What if I cannot make a class/classes within a block?
You can attend any other MBD class within the same block providing you let me know in advance and pending availability.
Can I just pay for the classes I can make?
No. unfortunately if everyone did this, it would be impossible to cover costs and therefore run the classes
Do I get a refund if I miss classes and cannot attend others in the block
Unfortunately not. Classes are run based on enough people signing up to cover the many costs of running such high standard classes therefore refunds are not viable for block classes.
What happens if MBD cancels a class that I have paid for within a block?
We would provide you with a free class to make up for it.
I can only make part of a block due to being away for two weeks or more
There will be rare exceptions made to regular and committed clients if you speak to me in advance.
I want to try a new MBD class that I haven’t tried before, before I commit to a block. Is that possible?
A class trial could be available if there is space in a class. Just email to request a trial.
I want to sign up for a block but cannot afford the whole payment upfront
