A Day Retreat : Yoga – Meditation – Nature Connection

A day of self care.
This day retreat is for anyone who would like to pause for a moment, reconnect with themselves and nature, restore and reset in a relaxed and rugged environment.
The day will consist of two guided yoga sessions, guided meditations, breathing techniques (all with Lisa), time for reflection & relaxation, lunch at Wheal Martyn Cafe (included in cost) and a mindful nature activity (with the wonderful Claire from Choose Nature CIC) within the beautiful site.
Places are limited and booking is essential.
