Out with the old and in with the new; this yoga workshop is about coming out of hibernation and finding renewed energy to reflect the changes that occur coming into Spring season.
Rid the body of lethargy with energising flows, make space in the body with detoxifying twists and hip openers and set new intentions with a range of gentle heart-opening backbends.
Leave feeling renewed and energised.
