Starting February 2026: ALIGN is an intentional, transformative 4-month journey designed to guide you back to your heart centre and the wisdom of your body. This journey is for women of any age who are ready to invest deeply in themselves and make mind–body–soul self-care a non-negotiable part of life.

This is an online-based journey, allowing women to join from anywhere, while being held within a supportive group of women moving through the experience together — sharing, growing, and aligning side by side.

Reconnect with Mother Earth through grounding practices, nature-based rituals, seasonal awareness, and an understanding of the natural cycles that deeply influence our energy, emotions, and bodies.

Optional meal planning support and nutritional guidance to help nourish, energise, and sustain your body throughout the journey.

Support, Structure & Sisterhood

👭 A Group of Women, A Journey Together

You will be part of a small, intentional group of women — creating a sense of community, shared experience, accountability, and support throughout the four months.

💬 Monthly Group Calls (Optional)

Online gatherings for intention-setting, reflection, sharing, and collective alignment.

📱 Optional WhatsApp Accountability Group

Launching in January 2026, this space offers gentle accountability, encouragement, and connection throughout the journey.

Weekly Themes, Rituals & Learning

Each week includes reading material and short themed videos to explore topics such as:

  • Chakra awareness and alignment
  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation
  • Self-compassion
  • Conscious rest
  • Connecting with spirit, intuition, and the angels

You are encouraged to explore what resonates most and integrate what feels aligned for you.

The Practicals

  • End of January 2026:
    Participants will receive preparatory information to read through and begin planning.
  • Material will be sent over in a Google Drive and will be downloadable to use on or offline and yours to keep after the journey. Most online sessions will be between 10 – 30 minutes.

    Online Opening Ceremony & Intention Setting
    Full Moon in Leo & Imbolc — the return of the light
    All journey materials will be emailed following this call.
  • Monthly Online Check-Ins (Optional):
    • Saturday 7th March (16:00–17:00)
    • Saturday 4th April (16:00–17:00)
    • Saturday 2nd May (16:00–17:00)
  • Sunday 7th June (Morning)

All gatherings are optional and designed to support, not overwhelm.

Flexible, Sustainable & Realistic

All you need is 20–30 minutes most days for your daily practice — your sacred YOU time.
The journey is intentionally flexible, designed to support busy lives, changing schedules, and real human rhythms.

💫 Cost of the 4-Month Journey:

  • £250 paid in full (in advance)
    or
  • £70 per month for 4 months

Please note:
All four payments must be completed even if you choose to leave the journey before the end of the four months.
